The properties are offered on a three year Assured Shorthold Tenancy. The tenant must be in a position within the three years to purchase the property on a Shared Ownership basis and at which time Longhurst Homes will refund the first 12 months rent to assist with a deposit towards the mortgage. No monies are refunded if the purchase does not proceed.
